RESTORATION
Homes deteriorateover time. Due to the high costs of home repair, we can help by removing your need to make the repairs before you can sell it. While we try to pay market value for your home, it doesn’t always work that way, but selling to us is always the fast and easy option.
VACANT LAND
Banks don’t like financing empty land as the value is much more difficult to validate. We have options to buy and sell land without the bank.
We will buy land in any state. We like to add value or improvements and then resell that land, often to individuals looking for that special place to build a vacation home.
